Summary: Stayed here for a week. Overall stay ok breakfast staff are brilliant. The rooms never get vacuumed the floor is disgusting and the restaurant was swarmed with flies and dead flies that hadn’t been cleared for months. Don’t eat at the restaurant it’s sub standard at best. Complained a few times to no avail. Waited to speak with the manager Claire. She refused to speak to me and told the receptionist I should email her. I was stood at reception and could see Claire but she would not talk to me. Avoid at all cost.
