You can enjoy a park of one hectare and a half and a private pool.
Absolute calm and an ideal location to enjoy the activities of the Morvan National Park a few minutes from the tourist beauties of the region: Vรฉzelay, Semur en Auxois, รpoisses, etc.
30 minutes from Montbard TGV station, 15 minutes from Avallon, 10 minutes from the A6 motorway, our house is located two hours from Paris by car.
