Hello,
We rent our T2 Bis apartment of 46 m2 + balcony, ideally located in the Odalys residence classified 4 *.
Apartment on the 2nd floor with elevator, facing south west, fully enclosed and secure garden. Quiet residence overlooking the pine forest, heated swimming pool from May 15 to September 30.
Apartment composed of:
- 1 large living room with pull-out sofa bed (2x 80cm) that can be put at the same height, kitchen equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, Combined oven (convector, crisp, grill and microwave top range), Tassimo, 102cm TV, DVD player.
Free revolution box in the apartment for internet and TV channels, free wifi
- 1 bedroom with cupboards and 160x200cm bed overlooking the pool. Provision of a travel cot
- 1 small bedroom of 7mยฒ with bunk beds and cupboard / wardrobe
- 1 bathroom with bathtub and heated towel rail

- Balcony with garden furniture overlooking the swimming pool.
Ideal apartment for a couple with 2 children
Laundry area in the residence, bicycle storage, possibility to rent bicycles in the residence, table tennis, billiards.
Calm and green environment, about 800 m from the sea, access through the pines by multiple cycle paths.
The residence is located just behind the casino, Lake Tanchet, zoo, tennis club, shuttle to the nearby beach. Close to all shops.
Bus 500m direct to Center des Sables and SNCF train station.
Free outdoor parking at the foot of the residence.
The apartment was renovated at the start of the year, the bed and mattress in the master bedroom are new, as are all the quilts and pillows in the apartment.
If we are not available, we call upon the concierge of Armelle who can welcome you every day and offers a service of supply of household linen with the beds made on your arrival for 12 euros per person, and fine cleaning. stay for 50 euros, optional of course.
You can only spend a good holiday in our little house of happiness!

Summary: We stayed at this holiday apartment with our two young children form one week. The accommodation was very clean, well maintained and equipped with everything we needed. There is a large balcony overlooking the pool area. The pool itself was perfect for us with a relatively large main pool and connected paddling pool. The water was warm and kept very clean. The residence is a four-storey apartment block with a reception area featuring pool table. The building is on one side on the pool with a steep bank with pine trees on the other side so is quite a picturesque setting. Most of the apartments are let out by the owners of the building but this apartment is privately owned. The owner was very helpful and friendly in her communications prior to our arrival. She also employed a third-party concierge/housekeeping service for check in and check out who was also professional. The concierge was able to provide bed linen and towels (not included) and cleaning on departure (not included). The town of Les Sables-dโ€™Olonne is a wonderful seaside town. The are a large number of restaurants and bars, especially along the seafront and quayside. It has retained an authentic charm that is lacking from some more built-up resorts. There are two beaches in the town. The nearest to the apartment is within walking distance and is the quieter of the two but both are very nice beaches to spend half a day at.
