You will have sole access to the entire home throughout your stay. The outside garden areas are shared with the property owners, who live in the house next door. The house next door isnโt accessible, itโs just the cottage which you will have access to.
*A fully refundable security deposit of ยฃ150 is required prior to check-in. We take a hold on your card for your deposit (similar to how a hotel when you check-in) every 5 days (because they do not last longer than that). Some bank accounts show this as a transaction and some show it as a hold. However, the hold will not be charged by us unless you are in breach of our terms and conditions.
