Positive: Location was great, close to Tram and metro station. Room was clean. Daiky room cleaning service. Good view!

Negative: The breakfast was labeled ‘exceptional’ but felt more average than amazing. The bathroom lighting was too dim for makeup or shaving. Also, the no-outside-snacks policy is inconvenient—families with kids, special diets, or picky eaters have limited options.
