Summary: Generally my stay was very nice - with a comfortable room, a quaint little town with gorgeous beaches within walking distance. Breakfast was delicious! I very much enjoyed staying with Luca and his family (and learnt much Italian!) - although I think the listing could be clearer that this is the situation.
