Positive: Absolutely fantastic hospitality! I can prove as the industry expert with over 17 years of professional background. The owner is very well guest oriented and helpful, him and his fanily keep all the facilities in clean and appropriete condition (worthwithstandig some guests may bring disruption to shared facilities). Imagine yourself into a disruption event and nothings moves around - Guiseppe helps-out. I have to mention the coffee that he treats his guests with - it's just incredible. Guys - this is not a 5-stars/ a Palace hotel, this is a bed & breakfast property, however it worths value for money indeed given the majority of all facilities are renovated and brand-new, just project the cost vs the location site.
Negative: Other guests who are not common to modern facilities and elementary hygene.
