Summary: Good location, very clean with nice breakfast at cafe around the corner (you can order coffee, pastry--typical Italian breakfast.) Our room was accessed by a very narrow spiral staircase which is just something to be aware of if you have luggage. I believe the other two rooms did not have staircases. The little kitchenette was a bonus and the bathroom was very nice with a nice shower.
