Summary: There is a lack of professionalism, so I would very much not recommend booking any safari through them. They were not available at the time of the booking to facilitate communication, so I didn't end up having a safari. Long periods of no power (other places nearby would sometimes have backups, so yes this was their problem). That said the room itself was quite nice and clean, and they had battery powered lamps available so you could actually see it. Their demeanor at the end of my stay where they accused me of not paying before leaving (then shortly after recanted) was not my favorite. Needs more accountable management.
