Positive: Good location, 25 min walk into downtown, with a bus connection during the week. Fairly quiet, very clean apartment, well equipped.

Negative: Parking was sometimes difficult. Only 8 spots available, sometimes all were taken and we had to use public parking (to be paid, approx. 10 min walk away).

Summary: Good value for money, pleasant place.
