Positive: We had a great stay at Apartment Ravnik. The owner was very welcoming and personally greeted us upon arrival, which made a very nice impression. The apartment is in an excellent location for both hiking and cycling trips. Bled and the lake are within easy reach, and there are plenty of beautiful routes in the surrounding mountains with wonderful views. There is also a shop just a short distance from the apartment, which was very convenient. A big advantage for us was the possibility to store our bikes safely in the garage, with access to a power socket for charging an e-bike. Overall, Slovenia impressed us as a great destination for an active holiday – pleasant weather, the proximity of the Alpine mountains and mountain lakes, and at the same time the Adriatic coast is not too far away. We really enjoyed our stay and the whole trip. It was only a pity that we did not have more time – we would be happy to come back one day.
