Positive: Lots of room, beautiful view, good location in Nuevo.
Negative: We discovered a number of deficiencies that shouldn’t have existed but required us to immediately contact the property manager (broken coffee maker, not enough towels, no face cloths, no salt and pepper). Gerardo did his best but seemed a bit busy. Also, the condo is not equipped to have 8 people stay (as advertised). Between dishes and cutlery, you might be able to set a table for 5 at best. There were no property instructions at all and that would have been helpful. No patio table and chairs for outdoor eating. Cleaning wasn’t bad but not great. We ended up redoing some (bathroom) areas.
Summary: A good place to stay but some disappointing deficiencies.
