Summary: Honestly no idea how this property has scored anything above a 2. Plus points. Handy to bus station. Friendly check in staff. Nice reception area. Bad points. Room falling to bits. Bathroom horrible and dirty. Windows and floors dirty. Breakfast extra $10 (we didn't bother after seeing the state of the hotel). Advertised as having a guest laundry - it doesn't but has a paid (and expensive) laundry service/dry clean. The area around the bus station is grotty and lots of homeless and dirt. Four hotels so far in South America This was the worst except the nice friendly female at reception was very pleasant and helpful. Stay in the old town/port area or near the southern beaches This area is unpleasant to stay in and it's worth the cost of the uber to stay somewhere else.
