Summary: First impressions were disappointing - the living room was sparse with a dirty rug and a cupboard with a handle missing. The kitchen could do with a lick of paint, while shower is okay for people under 5ft as the pole which holds the shower head was broken. The hooks on the back of the door were also hanging off. Also, no info of where to eat and places of interest locally. However, the bedrooms were nice and comfy with tasteful decor. Lancaster is a lovely place and this stay-over could be and should be so much better!!!
