Positive: We loved everything about the property. It was perfect in every way. Spotlessly clean, modern, excellent air con in every room and the pool was incredible. The location is so peaceful with a cafe, taverna and a shop within a 5 minute walk. Rethymno was about a 8 min drive but we did walk there on a couple of evenings as it was all downhill (got the taxi back!) George was the best host. Met us in the early hours and had stocked the villa with wine, fruits, breads, juice and water. He was at the end of his phone and would promptly answer any questions or arrange taxis. Just a super lovely guy. We will most definitely return. Oh, and the sunset! You can see mountains and sea from the balcony and the sunset is incredible!
