Un viale in discesa porta alla villa, introdotta da una spaziosa veranda ombreggiata, rinfrescata di pale a soffitto e arredata con tavolo e sedie per pranzare e cenare all`aperto, e corredata di barbecue per le grigliate.
Al piano terra vi è la zona giorno, formata da salone con poltrone, caminetto e tv, sala da pranzo e cucina a vista ben equipaggiata. Completa il pianoterra 1 bagno doccia in cui è presente la lavatrice.
Scale interne portano al piano superiore, dove lungo un disimpegno climatizzato vi sono2 camere da lettoe il secondo bagno doccia.
Il giardino è molto grande, con vari angoli riservati per il relax al fresco della pineta.
