This exquisitely furnished 4-bedroom Penthouse (405), is designed for privacy, comfort, luxury and pampering. It is set in a small, intimate Beachside complex of only 35-apartments & has uninterrupted Sea and Beach views. From the Master Bedroom, you can lie in bed and see & hear the Sea, and even at night, with our newly installed Mosquito blinds, you can enjoy that experience … alone!
The stylish open plan lounge leads onto an incredible 131 sq metre Terrace with probably the most dramatic views on the Coast. The enormous expanse of Sea and the sandy Beach give the impression of being on a ship - but without the movement! On many a clear day you can see Africa and Gibraltar clearly.
The terrace has private loungers and dining furniture as well as a built in BBQ area (just outside the Kitchen) as well as a 5-seater Terrace Hot Tub and a Terrace Shower.
The views from the Terrace are as though you are in touching distance of the Beach and the Sea. Nothing in between! The Kitchen, Master Bedroom, and the Lounge/Dining Area all lead on to the lovely terrace which has Kettal sun-beds, a table and chairs for outdoor eating and a covered area. There is also a 5-seater Hot Tub on the Terrace. From the Terrace you can see the Pool Area (Heated all year round to at least 27c - if the Sun is not sufficient - only really August) and Garden area where there are also lots of sun-loungers (and umbrellas) which mean that you can sun-bathe towards the sun at any time of the day, although, from the Penthouse you get the sun literally all day long in any direction. Don't worry though, the whole terrace can be sheltered using 3 large wind-retractable electric awnings.
Our new keyless Fingerprint access Gate leads to the new Paseo and the wonderful, wide, Sandy beach beyond a strip of grass that is perfect for holiday ball games.The sea is wonderful in summer, and, for those brave enough, also out of season! If you are not brave enough pop back through the gate, rinse off any sand, and swim in the lovely nearly 20 metre pool which is ideal for lengths and playing. There is a shallow end with easy steps for the old and young alike.
The generously proportioned and tastefully decorated Bedrooms have very comfortable Beds (praised by Vanity Fair magazine) with luxurious linen and pillows. All the bedrooms have electronic shutters - so set the alarm if you want to wake up early!
The Master (19.8 sq m) is a double with a walk-in wardrobe (5.4sq m) and an en-suite marble Bathroom (7.6 sqm) (Jacuzzi Bath, powerful Walk-in Shower, Toilet and double sinks) and the 2nd bedroom (19.9sqm) behind the kitchen, is also a double with a 4.9 sqm en-suite shower bathroom. The upstairs bedroom (27 sqm) can be configured as singles or a Double and has an en-suite full bathroom (10.8 sqm) with Jacuzzi Bath, massive walk-in shower, double sink and WC. The fourth bedroom (14.6sqm) can also be singles or a double and also has an en-suite Shower Room (7.6sqm) . All bedrooms can comfortably accommodate a Z-Bed or a Cot.
As the Apartments are also used as Corporate Retreats, they have very fast Fibre Optic and high Bandwidth. You can play music through Amazon Alexa, also via the fabulous sound quality of Vita Audio.
The fabulous open plan Lounge / Dining Area (52.5sqm) with dramatic, panoramic sea views boasts a 65" TV with Sound Bar (and a Playstation PS4) and a 50" TV in the Master Bedroom - both with full international iPTV channels, sports (every Premier League Match), thousands of movies and box sets and PIN Protected Adult Channels; Netflix, Prime and more. All of the other Bedrooms also have TVs with Terrestrial TV, Netflix, Prime etc. and there is also a 55" TV in the Kitchen.
There is a lovely dining area with an 8-seater Glass Table.
The well-appointed, marble Kitchen (21 sq m) is perfectly equipped so if you want to knock up a simple or gourmet meal, you have everything you need - and if there is something missing, please do not hesitate to ask and our Housekeeping team will try and find it for you; if you would prefer someone to come in and cook for you, we can arrange that - from basic culinary needs to a top chef or anything in between. It has a full set of Siemens Appliances and an additional full-height wine and drinks cooler. It even has a Filtered-water tap. Crockery, cutlery, pans, dishes are all of the highest El Corte Ingles quality. There is a Nespresso as standard and other Coffee Machines are available. Whatever else you want to make it Home From Home, please let us know and we will do our best to oblige. Waffle-maker anyone? There is even a 50" TV in the Kitchen.
Well built, modern and fully equipped, the rooms are generously proportioned with high useable space measurements. All the bedrooms (and lounge) have European and UK multi-block power adapters as standard, including USB charger points. They all have TV and Sound systems with access to a wide range of viewing delights. Each bedroom has ample wardrobe space and plenty of Wooden hangers (feel free to ask for more if needed). The beds have luxurious Egyptian Cotton Sheets and plenty of Pillows (hypo-allergenic pillows available on request). The bedrooms are beautifully decorated with ample mirrors and including a full length mirror on the inside of the Cupboard door. There is also a hotel-type safe in the master Bedroom.
All bedrooms can have a Cot or a Z-Bed added.
In a separate Utility room (3.5sqm) is a Washing Machine, Drier, Iron and Ironing Board, but if you prefer looking at it than using it on holiday, please remember that our Housekeepers are very happy to use them for you! We also provide plenty of Cleaning materials and equipment, but again, you do not need to use them - you are on holiday! -our friendly and discreet housekeepers are happy to offer you a bespoke service.
Very effective Air-Conditioning and Heating Systems covering all Bedrooms and the Lounge / Dining Area. For the sake of the planet and the electricity bills, please keep the Patio doors closed if the aircon is on!

Central to everything; too many restaurants to list catering for all palates and budgets and diets - including plenty of Take-Away and Delivery options. The area is famed for its golf courses, with over 60 to choose from amongst San Roque, Sotogrande, Valderama and local Los Flamingos, El Retiro, Villa Padierna, El Paraiso, Atalya & Montemayor.
