Positive: Perfect location and very quiet. The size of the property was ideal for a couple and small dog. Great to have parking for one car.

Negative: Hallway was dirty on entering so first impression wasn’t great. The carpets were covered in large heavy stains so you didn’t feel comfortable in bare feet. We couldn’t use the wardrobes as they were full of mop buckets and cleaning stuff which also made them smell so you couldn’t use them anyway as clothes would smell. We warned about bird poo on the balcony but it was clear that there had been no cleaning on the balcony for sometime due to the amount and oldness of the dirt.

Summary: Great location with parking. Apartment quiet and sizeable. Cleanliness an issue and needs a deeper clean
