Positive: Location was good. Beds comfortable and clean .

Negative: 5 adults stayed for the weekend and due to temperamental hot water system we could not all shower as the water was either freezing cold or scalding hot. .. impossible to regulate properly. Also the outside balustrade area above the garage was dangerous and loose…. There was a blocked drain which was overflowing and smelly outside the back door. There was mould in the downstairs shower tray.

Summary: Good accommodation spoilt by lack of attention to details mentioned above.
