The house is framed by an area of about 2000 meters of lawn, crossed by white stone paths, while a large terrace overlooks the plateaus covered with pines and conifers. The interior offers a large living room-kitchen, in the kitchen is also available a wood stove. The part dedicated to the living room is characterized by a corner fireplace. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Visit Ragusa Ibla, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the pride of the Hyblean Baroque with its churches, cathedral and many restaurants and pizzerias where you can taste Sicilian delicacies.
In the surrounding area you can enjoy long nature walks in the park "Calaforno", a nature reserve with equipped areas, nature trails for excursions on foot or by bike. The house is conveniently located to explore the east of Sicily both from a cultural and tourist point of view. The sea is only 20 km away, Marina di Ragusa is famous for its sandy shores and crystal clear waters, but also for its pubs, bars, cafes and excellent fish and meat restaurants. For a cultural vacation you can expect: Catania and Siracusa within 100 km; Noto, Caltagirone and the Vendicari Reserve 50 km; Modica, Comiso, Scicli and Pozzallo between 20 - 15 km.
