The villa is situated at the heart of the countryside of Modica made famous by the television series "Dexter", sandwiched between the baroque of Noto and Siracusa and Ragusa Ibla, Modica and UNESCO World Heritage sites. Just 15 minutes by car from the beaches of San Lorenzo, the Vendicari nature reserve of Calamosche Beach, overlooking the Ionian Sea and the beaches of Santa Maria del Focallo, Pozzallo, Marina di Modica and Sampieri, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The whole area is characterized by the presence of companies engaged in the cattle where you can taste the typical Sicilian products dairy: cheese cacio cavallo, provole and fresh ricotta. Typical Sicilian dishes can be found in the many holiday cottages and inns in Noto, Rosolini, Modica and Ragusa Ibla. Both in summer and in winter are organised festivals and events such as: the international film festival in Marzamemi border in the last week of July, the pachino tomato Festival in August, the Festival of the fish in pozzallo in August, the festival of the "arancino" in August and the festival of the "mosto" in October in Rosolini.
