Die Wohnung besteht aus einem größeren Zimmer, ausgestattet mit Bett, Tisch, Schrank, und Sat TV. Anschließend folgt ein kleiner Flur mit Mini-Küchenzeile und Kühlschrank und daran anschließendem innenliegenden Duschbad.
Zusätzlich wird noch eine Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine im Nebenraum eingerichtet - Fotos folgen.
Auf Wunsch voll ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Bettwäsche etc.
Ein Setup mit Bett und Couch ist auch möglich, ebenso eine Ausstattung mit Doppelbett.
Lage
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Anbau, ist ebenerdig über den Hof gut zu erreichen und liegt wunderbar im Grünen; umgeben von Wiesen, Bäumen und lockerem Obstanbau. Der Stadtwald von Werder liegt gleich hinter dem Haus und lädt zu einem Spaziergang oder einer Jogging Runde ein.
Das Strandbad Werder ist in ca. 5 Minuten fussläufig erreichbar. Zwei Supermärkte sind in ca. 5 - 8 Minuten per Fahrrad gut zu erreichen. Der Stadtkern Werder ist in ca. 10 Minuten per Fahrrad und der Bahnhof in ca. 12 - 15 Minuten per Fahrrad, bzw. 5 Minuten per Auto erreichbar.
Potsdam Huptbahnhof ist per Zug in 9 Minuten zu erreichen.
Berlin Hauptbahnhof erreicht man in 37 Minuten mit der Bahn.
