Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac the private apartment is accessed via double ornamental white gates to a driveway. The apartment is the lower level of a family villa however, the upstairs is not in use during your rental stay and is securely locked during all rental periods.
The downstairs apartment, garden and pool area are for your soul use only. The apartment is accessed via secure sliding doors that lead into a spacious lounge/dining area with comfortable leather sofas and a flat screen smart TV. Through an arch way is the spacious kitchen/dining area which has a range of base level units, a cooker, hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. An inner hallway leads to two bedrooms, the first bedroom has a comfortable super king size bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. These bedrooms share a shower room with walk-in shower, vanity wash hand basin and toilet. The washing machine is also housed here.
Outside the 8 meter x 4 meter private pool has Roman style steps, an attractive dolphin water feature and a pool-side shower. Sunbeds are provided. There is also large gazebo with dining furniture providing an excellent rest from the sun whilst dining or relaxing. The brick built charcoal BBQ, as well as a gas BBQ, provides for Al-Fresco meals by the pool.
There is ample high-quality dining and relaxing furniture and neatly tended gardens with Mediterranean plants, palm trees and various sunny and shaded areas. To the rear of the property is a small orchard with Orange, Lemon and Nisperos trees!!

Moraira is now one of the most exclusive and desirable places to stay on the Costa Blanca. It still has all the charms of a small picturesque fishing town nestled between mountains and vineyards but at the same time has grown to offer almost everything to everyone that stays here and rents a Villa.
The lack of high-rise buildings and overcrowding keeps a local feel that is enjoyed by so many returning visitors. The town and beaches are wonderfully clean and pretty with lots of quiet areas to just sit, chill and watch the world go by and itโs easy to park in the town centre, essential if you are on holiday with children.
Moraira has two main beaches made up of clean golden sand and nestled in attractive bays, swimming here is safe and pleasant. The beach is a relatively uncrowded place to be even in the peak of summer and it is cleaned daily. The main beach is situated right next to the town centre with convenient pedestrian walkways and a park area meaning that it is not necessary to cross any roads to get to the town or the marina from the beach. A little further around the coast is a smaller bay called El Portet, which has a couple of restaurants and bars where you can sit, relax and listen to the soothing sounds of the sea.
A market comes to Moraira every Friday and is situated in the townโs large car park. An excellent opportunity to purchase all manner of fresh produce as well as leather goods, clothing, and jewellery.
Of course, you are not just limited to Moraira itself for entertainment. Guadalest, Benidorm, Calpe, Javea, Alicante, and Denia are all easily reachable, as is Aqualandia, Mondumar, Font D'Algar, Verger Safari Park and Paramount Theme Park or even Valencia for its shopping and culture.
