Each apartment has its own private and equipped outdoor area, perfect for rest and relaxtatoin whilst soaking up the sun. Shared among all guests is a large grassy area with olive trees, two barbecues with wood and accessories and a beautiful swimming pool situated in a panoramic and peaceful position. Guests also share a laundry room with washing machine. The property is well-kept, and has comfortable furnishings and decor. There is wifi internet in each apartment and in the common areas. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 of which has bunk beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. Access to the accommodation is along 1.4 km of dirt track road in good condition. There is parking available too. If you are after something a bit more energetic, be sure to go for beautiful walks in the woods and near the ancient farmhouses. Location: 2 km Collazone, ancient village of Fra Iacopone (all kinds of shops), 4 km supermarket, 20 km Todi, 30 km Perugia, 40 km Assisi and Orvieto, 50 km Spoleto renowned both for its historic centre and for its famous music festival.
