The ground floor consists of a large living room where the lounge, equipped with comfortable leather sofas, faces a convivial dining room. This room is decorated with a large central stove that warms the atmosphere. Direct access to a spacious 35 m² terrace offers a spectacular view of the Lac du Crescent, ideal for outdoor meals and starry evenings.
The open kitchen is perfectly equipped to satisfy gourmets, with a central block, a large cooking range, and polished concrete worktops. On the same level, a bedroom accommodates two people in an intimate setting and has a bathroom with a polished concrete Italian shower and toilet.
The upper floor, accessible via an elegant gallery overlooking the living room, includes three cozy bedrooms: an open bedroom with a double bed (160x200), and two other bedrooms, one with a double bed (140x190) and the other with two single beds (90x190).
