Welcome to this great terraced house for 4 people, with private pool and just 850 metres away from the beach in Son Serra de Marina.
Interior
The exterior area of this fabulous house offers all you can need for a nice vacation. The cosy artificial lawn area surrounds the beautiful pool that sizes 5 x 3 metres and has 1.6 metres of water depth. Up some steps you access the solarium lawn area where you can enjoy the sun or a good reading on one of the 6 sun loungers. And finally, right by the pool, an inviting dining area with barbecue awaits for you to spend the best of the evenings.
The house comprises 3 floors. The main floor starts with a modern space that unifies the living room (with TV-sat and air-con) the dining area and the kitchen behind some steps. The simple kitchen offers a ceramic hob, oven and all you need to cook during your stay. This floor is completed with a shower bathroom and a bunk bedroom. On the first floor, you will find a bathroom with a tub and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. On the -1 floor (accessible only from outside) offers an en-suite shower bathroom. All bedrooms feature a closet except the one on the main floor. The laundry room has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Finally, a baby cot and a high chair are available on request.
Surroundings
Son Serra de Marina is a quiet and family coastal town. In fact, you will only find one grocery shop and one restaurant. The coast is mainly rocky although there is a sandy area by the end of it, backed by the dunes and their beautiful paths. The beach is only 850 metres away. You will find more services in Can Picafort, only a few minutes away by car. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges.
