No private transport is required as the spot is centrally located. You will be right 5-10 minutes walking from the main city atractions such as Cathedral, Plaza Major or Passeig dโes Born.
โSa Gerreriaโ is one of the best neighborhoods in Palma, both for its location in the city and because of its low mass and it has a large number of good restaurants and bars. The neighborhood is mainly frequented by locals. It has great presence of urban art.

In case of complaints from the neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any people in your group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the house whether it is during the day or night, without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the booking and keeping the damage deposit.
