The west-facing bedrooms (the main bedroom and one with 2 single beds) also have air conditioning. In your private outdoor area you will find a large 300 m2 garden, a covered terrace, which is furnitured with comfortable seating and a dining table and offers multiple places to eat, a large barbecue and a pool. The house is also located on a fenced property and offers guests a high degree of privacy. Relax on the comfortable sun loungers and refresh yourself on warm summer days in the pool. In approximately 10 minutes by car you will reach a selection of restaurants, bars and cafes. The nearest supermarket is also located a 10-minute drive away (5.7 km). In approximately 30 minutes by car you will reach the coastline with its multitude of beautiful beaches. Spend the day sunbathing on the soft, white sand and enjoy the Spanish sun. In 44 minutes by car you will reach the centre of the popular city of Málaga where you can spend the day shopping, visit famous sights such as the Picasso Museum or relax on the city beach, La Malagueta.

The house can be accessed via a 200 m lane. The first 150 m are shared with four other houses.
