The Valley Holiday | Villa in Kercem, Malta
Situated in the small tranquil village of Kercem. This converted, century old property - just a stone's throw away from the city of Victoria.
The main feature of this property is the traditional styled mill room, which gives unique and charming character to the property. With its original stone work, all of which is now converted into a cozy living, kitchen and dining area. Complete with a fireplace โ all of which overlooks the private pool and deck area.
A spiral staircase - which is a feature in itself, joins the living area with the 3 bedrooms upstairs. One twin and One double on first floor both served with a bathroom in the hallway.
On the 3rd floor there is another double bedroom with ensuite, a large terrace overlooking the valley with magnificent Citadel fortress views.
Finally completing this delightful holiday home, is a separate twin bedroom reachable also by stairs from kitchen dining living combined room completed with ensuite facilities.
Property is not recommended for persons with limited mobility as every room is reachable via stairs only.

Included in this accommodation: All beds will be prepared with the appropriate bed linen, along with extra blankets in the wardrobes should you need further layers. In addition to this, you will also be provided with Two towels per person โ which will be placed on the beds ready for use.
The bedrooms are equipped with AC units that are available with an electronic coin system (โฌ1 & โฌ2 coins) installed at property with a screen to display the credit remaining, each AC unit consumes around โฌ 2 per night.
Maid service is included when you book for 8 nights or more.
We will also provide all bookings with 1x dishwasher tablet and 1x washing machine tablet per night of your stay.

The city of Victoria is easily accessible by walk form this location, just 1.5km away (15 minutesโ walk). Kercem is a small village with population of approximately 1,700 people. The property is situated in the calm and tranquil area of the village of Kercem.
The closest beaches are Xlendi and Dwejra bay where the famous Azure window was once situated. The diversity of the island makes its unique because of its size, you are practically from one side to another in just 10 minutes. In the morning you could be visiting historical sites; like Ggantija, Citadella and enjoying the afternoon at the beach - with the most famous of course Ramla with its red sand.

Kindly note that price does not include Malta Eco Tax, we are required by law to collect it on arrival from all tourists, including locals from the age of 18 and over. The tax is โฌ 0.50c per person for each night spent on the Maltese Islands. Capped at a maximum of โฌ5 per person for each continuous stay. This is paid locally in cash only and collected at check in by one of our staff.
Fully refundable security deposit
A mandatory fully refundable security deposit of โฌ 400 for private pool properties and โฌ 200 for properties with shared pool is needed to cover for any damages (excluding normal tear and wear) or/and missing items and will be charged from the card on file with the rest of the amount due 2 weeks before arrival date. This amount will be refunded automatically within 7 days of checkout. Baron Holiday Homes have 48 hours from checkout to report any damage or missing items to guest in writing.
