The Plessis House, located in the village of Gaumier, is an old building with distinctly Italianate architecture, previously inhabited by the Plessis family, weavers for several generations.
Now converted into three adjoining gîtes: Le Fromaget on the left, Le Plessis in the center, and Le Moulin à Foulon on the right. Each accommodation can accommodate 8 people, set within a 5,000 m² enclosed landscaped area with a shared swimming pool (6x12m) open from mid-May to the end of September. The setting is ideal for relaxing with family or friends. Each accommodation includes two private, sunny terraces with garden furniture, a barbecue, and deckchairs.
Ground floor: living room, lounge, kitchen, toilet. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 queen-size bed, 2 single beds, 2 single beds), shower room, bathroom, toilet. Wi-Fi.
The gîte's location provides access to numerous leisure activities, including hiking, cycling, canoeing, and fishing. It is located close to all amenities, including a grocery store and bakeries (500 m away), Clisson (2 km), Puy du Fou (35 km), Nantes (40 km), Les Sables d'Olonne, and the Vendée coast (85 km). The gîtes are available for rent year-round. Heating included.
